WE'RE BASICALY FULLY RENTED PENDING LEASE SIGNINGS...  THAT COULD CHANGE, HOWEVER, SINCE THERE ARE OFTEN PROBLEMS WITH STUDENTS DROPPING OUT OF SCHOOL OR OTHER THINGS.

   NOTE: THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE ON THE WAITING LIST FOR THE LAST TWO BEDROOM, BUT IT WAS TAKEN AT THE LAST MINUTE BY AN EXISTING TENANT...  WE GIVE EXISTING TENANTS PRIORITY.  SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

    IF ANYONE WANTS TO BE NOTIFIED IF WE HAVE A CANCELLATION, SEND AN EMAIL AND WE'LL KEEP THEM ON FILE.

      201 Walnut is fully leased pending lease signatures

318 High St.

      The three bedroom, Apt 3 is leased pending lease signing.  There was a long waiting list and it went to  number one on the list.....

Apartment five (big two BR and Apartment 4 Large One bedroom are still available.  One of my tenants might want one of them in addition to where he is, and when I get that decision, I'll call the waiting lists..  Hopefully today
